Creamy Cleanser

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • ¼ cup water

Whisk egg white until frothy and add sour cream and water – mix well.  Use this cleanser every morning and evening – rinse with warm water.

The egg whites have a tonic action and the lactic acid in the sour cream gently exfoliates dead skin cells from the skin.

Banana/Yoghurt Moisturizer

Blend the following:

  • 1 Tablespoon plain yoghurt
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Apply to face every morning and evening after cleansing. Rinse with warm water.

The banana is rich in Vitamin A and Potassium – essential for dry skin. The yoghurt exfoliates dead skin cells. The olive oil helps the skin retain moisture all day long.
